This one is ridiculous, and makes me sad for people who fall for them.
Beware the romance scammers. This is usually a pig-butchering scam, and something to stay cognizant of while looking for friendship, love, or even just a hookup.
They particularly target my demographic (34-49) & older folks with less tech-savvy skills.
I’ve now had three kicked off Match.com in the last two day, including this one I strung along to texting:
